Do try to be honest with my "art", I want to get better SOMEHOW. I mean, I tryyy. Here's a character of mine, Denki Ryoho. In case you're wondering, that's a popsicle stick she's holding.

Well, as I can tell, you're better at actually telling your lines what the heck they're supposed to be doing, so that's good. Color is decent. Legs are inconsistent and a bit awkward, arms look like they're cartoon penguin flippers, the ears are really different, the stick is tiny and doesn't look like it's being held, but more like it's floating and being tapped, body shape needs more detail, there's not really any shading, but it doesn't hurt the drawing too much at this quality anyways.
I'm a nitpicker, I can find the little problems in things. I overall DO LIKE this sketch though, these are just nitpicks so you have an idea of things to work on. I recommend the same things I need to work on--consistency and details, fine tuning things.

I had an art class, but I was too busy criticizing my own art to get any practice and actually become skilled.

The anatomy in some spots are questionable (especially around the legs), other than that, it's good for a first try at drawing Raichu.

Yeah, I realized halfway that I was drawing Denki, not a normal, chubby Raichu.

Better than most I've drawn, so I'd give it a firm +like.
Keep up the good work!
