Well, we're getting a stealth/detection update soon, and here's the vehicle I've created to capitalize on it. The F-27 Assassin stealth fighter.
Performance: The F-27 is a slow aircraft, with a maximum speed of 70m/s. Injector engine and radiators(because exhausts ain't stealthy), with plenty of fuel onboard to support it. It is fairly maneuverable and I've tested it against various aircraft, I'd call its performance "good enough". More engines or bigger control surfaces = more visible, so it's worth it. 3/5
Stealth: The F-27 has a very low radar and thermal visibility(except in the back, where the engine naturally shows up pretty far on thermal). It's highest visible range to radar is 236m from the top. Unfortunately it isn't very well hidden to visible light sensor equipment, but I at least don't see any missiles using that. No wireless transmitters to snoop on. It's biggest weakness, however, is sonar. Kidding. It's not invisible, but it's stealthy enough to frustrate the enemy a bit, and in most cases, that's what stealth is really for. 4/5
Sensors: The F-27 has a visible camera mounted under the nose behind some glass, a 360 camera in the cockpit, also surrounded by glass(for both radar and aerodynamics). Passive radar detector on the nose ensures the plane will see your radar before your radar sees it. And finally, a wireless snooper to catch anyone not using the stealth precautions you are. This plane is practically guaranteed to see you first. 4/5
Protection: It's covered in alloy, even the engine(it gives off a big radar sig, had to be covered). If the stealth isn't enough to protect you, the alloy concealing the unstealthy internal components probably will. If it does fail, multiple repair bots and more resource storage than the cost of the aircraft itself will patch those holes right away. Still, it's not covered in heavy armor or anything, so don't send this into heavy flak without expecting casualties. 3/5
Armament: And the moment we've all been waiting for, how much damage can this thing do? However much damage two 4-block missile racks concealed away in the shell of the aircraft can do! Not super massive or destructive weaponry, I'll admit, but it's enough for air-to-air combat and it fits with the stealth of the aircraft very well. The missiles eject out reliably and can take out most enemy fighters given the time, but don't expect to take out battleships with them. The weapons fit the role, but the role doesn't demand good weapons, just stealthy ones. 2/5

Also, severe irony from Ubisoft in the description of Watch Dogs 2: “Play as Marcus Holloway, a brilliant young hacker living in the birthplace of the tech revolution, the San Francisco Bay Area. Team up with Dedsec, a notorious group of hackers, and expose the hidden dangers of ctOS 2.0, which, in the hands of corrupt corporations, is being wrongfully used to monitor and manipulate citizens on a massive scale.”
Hm…corporations monitoring and manipulating people on a massive scale…yep Ubisoft, that’s pretty bad. But actions speak louder than words.
Ubisoft is a AAA gaming company notorious for its DRM that has, in some very public embarrassments, broken the games they release(once they accidentally released the wrong version of their game, and couldn’t break their own DRM, so they released a CRACKED VERSION released by pirates so the legitimate buyers could actually PLAY THE GAME!)

He's a real nowhere man Sitting in his nowhere land Making all his nowhere plans for nobody
Doesn't have a point of view Knows not where he's going to Isn't he a bit like you and me?
Nowhere Man, please listen You don't know what you're missing Nowhere Man, the world is at your command
He's as blind as he can be Just sees what he wants to see Nowhere Man can you see me at all?
Nowhere Man, don't worry Take your time, don't hurry Leave it all till somebody else lends you a hand
Doesn't have a point of view Knows not where he's going to Isn't he a bit like you and me?
Nowhere Man, please listen You don't know what you're missing Nowhere Man, the world is at your command
He's a real Nowhere Man Sitting in his nowhere land Making all his nowhere plans for nobody Making all his nowhere plans for nobody Making all his nowhere plans for nobody
